This is a sock

I'm between projects so I knitted a sock (there will be another sock, too) from Regia Silk I bought from Neuletikki.

What a lovely yarn! It's soft and feels really nice. I just wonder if it will pill? Hopefully not. The yarn is soooo nice, and expensive, and thin.

The sock looks really funny in the picture, it's not like any of the socks my mom has knitted. You know, my mom is the person who knits socks in the only way that is right, correct and good! :-) I was boring and went for the basic pattern, but the sock kept telling me that it really really would have wanted to be something lacy and beautiful like Kristel's socks.

Oh, and then I've got fortune and fame. Kind of. I've written instructions on how to cast off and now somebody copied the whole text to Soneraplaza's discussion board word by word with no credit to me. Don't you think a link would have been better or at least polite?

Then complaints. I'm feeling sick and cold and on the way home I fell and hurt my wrist (just a little, it's not that bad)... It's still snowing as I write this and it looks really lovely now that everything is not grey. There just was ice under the snow.

I also wonder if I could find something nice and warm to wear... Like a knitted sweater, perhaps?
