Like Niina already told, we went shopping for the Secret Pal gift and yarn in general on Saturday and on the way we got to see the Versace exhibition as well. Let's just say that I feel boring at the moment after all those colours...
I've been working on the next issue of Ulla all day today (didn't even manage to iron any clothes for work tomorrow!), so I'll show the sale yarn I found next week when I have time.
Let's just say that you'll find out what's in the picture in Ulla in February (if my shoulders agree).
Lately there has been a lot of talk about Rowan in the Finnish knitting scene as some yarn shops will start selling Rowan's yarns. However, we heard at the biggest LYS in Helsinki that Rowan does not manufacture its yarns but orders them, for example, from Grignasco. Does anyone know more about this?
The "same yarn, different name" phenomenon is not new, so that was not a big surprise. Lately we've found some yarns that are the same, for example Novita's Rustica is sold by the name Cool Flamme as well.
