There is a weapons exhibition called Ase miestä myöten (A weapon alike the man) in Turku castle until 19 September 2005. The exhibition contains weapons from antiquity to modern times and has been organised in co-operation with Arma Aboa, association of collectors of historical weapons. Related to the exhibition there will be a Crimean War 150 Years-event in Ruissalo 22 August.

There is also an exhibition called Hohda hopea (Shine silver) in Turku castle until 8 January 2006. This exhibition displays the works of Turku silversmiths from the Middle Ages to modern days.
